Terms of Service & Refund Policy
- বিক্রেতা Founders (founders.com.bd), ঢাকা, বাংলাদেশ — Google বা WhatsApp নয়।
- ৩ দিন ফ্রি ট্রায়াল (WhatsApp নম্বরপ্রতি একবার, কার্ড লাগে না); তারপর চালাতে পেইড লাইসেন্স লাগে — দাম অ্যাপের "প্যাকেজ" পেজে।
- রিফান্ড: পেমেন্টের দিন থেকে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে ভালো না লাগলে ১০০% ফেরত; ৩ দিন পার হলে রিফান্ড হয় না। টাকা যে ওয়ালেট/অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে এসেছিল সেখানেই ১–৩ দিনে ফেরত যায়; রিফান্ডের সাথে লাইসেন্স বন্ধ হয়।
- শুধু যারা আপনাকে লিখেছে বা আপনার খবর পেতে রাজি, তাদেরই মেসেজ পাঠান; WhatsApp-এর শর্ত মানার দায়িত্ব আপনার।
1. Who you are buying from
Smart Reply Flow is developed and sold by Founders, founders.com.bd, Dhaka, Bangladesh ("we", "us"). We — not Google, not the Chrome Web Store, and not WhatsApp or Meta — are the seller of every licence, and we handle activation, support and refunds. By installing the extension or buying a licence you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Smart Reply Flow বানায় ও বিক্রি করে Founders (founders.com.bd), ঢাকা, বাংলাদেশ। প্রতিটা লাইসেন্সের বিক্রেতা আমরাই — Google, Chrome Web Store বা WhatsApp/Meta নয়; অ্যাক্টিভেশন, সাপোর্ট ও রিফান্ড আমরাই দেখি। এক্সটেনশন ইনস্টল বা লাইসেন্স কিনলে এই শর্তাবলী ও প্রাইভেসি পলিসি-তে আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
2. The product, the free trial and the licence
- What it is: a Chrome extension that helps a seller answer customer messages on WhatsApp Web with their own templates, product list and business information, hand conversations to a person when needed, keep order slips, and send follow-up updates to customers who agreed to hear from the shop. It is a tool for business use.
- Free trial: 3 days, one trial per WhatsApp number, no card and no payment needed. The trial starts when you press "Start free trial" in the extension and ends automatically.
- Paid licence: after the trial, using the extension requires a licence. Plans (monthly, yearly, lifetime) and their prices in Bangladeshi Taka are shown on the extension's Package page at the time of purchase; prices may change for future purchases, never for a licence already bought. A monthly or yearly licence runs for its period from activation; a lifetime licence needs no renewal payment for as long as we offer Smart Reply Flow.
- One number: a licence is bound to one WhatsApp number and works with that number. Contact support if you need to move it.
- Some features need services you provide yourself (an AI provider key, your own online store); their costs and terms are yours.
কী: WhatsApp Web-এ নিজের টেমপ্লেট, পণ্যের তালিকা ও ব্যবসার তথ্য দিয়ে কাস্টমারের উত্তর দেওয়া, দরকারে চ্যাট মানুষের হাতে দেওয়া, অর্ডার স্লিপ রাখা, আর রাজি কাস্টমারদের ফলোআপ পাঠানোর একটা Chrome এক্সটেনশন — ব্যবসার কাজের টুল। ট্রায়াল: ৩ দিন, WhatsApp নম্বরপ্রতি একবার, কার্ড/টাকা লাগে না; "ফ্রি ট্রায়াল শুরু" চাপলে শুরু, নিজে থেকেই শেষ। লাইসেন্স: ট্রায়ালের পর চালাতে লাইসেন্স লাগে; মাসিক/বার্ষিক/লাইফটাইম প্ল্যান ও দাম (টাকায়) কেনার সময় অ্যাপের "প্যাকেজ" পেজে যা দেখায় সেটাই; পরে দাম বদলাতে পারে, কিন্তু কেনা লাইসেন্সের না। মাসিক/বার্ষিক লাইসেন্স অ্যাক্টিভেশন থেকে তার মেয়াদ চলে; লাইফটাইম-এ আর টাকা দিতে হয় না যতদিন আমরা Smart Reply Flow দিই। এক নম্বর: একটা লাইসেন্স একটা WhatsApp নম্বরে বাঁধা; বদলাতে হলে সাপোর্টে জানান। AI key বা নিজের স্টোরের মতো সার্ভিস আপনার নিজের — তার খরচ ও শর্ত আপনার।
3. Payment and activation
You pay from your own bKash, Nagad or Rocket wallet or by bank transfer to the numbers shown on the extension's Package page, then submit the request in the extension (the wallet number you paid from and, where the method gives one, the transaction id). We match your payment against the notification our own wallet receives — automatically, or by hand — and activate the licence on your WhatsApp number. If a payment cannot be matched we contact you on WhatsApp. A payment request that cannot be matched to any payment is not a purchase.
অ্যাপের "প্যাকেজ" পেজে দেখানো নম্বরে নিজের bKash/Nagad/Rocket বা ব্যাংক থেকে টাকা পাঠিয়ে অ্যাপে রিকোয়েস্ট জমা দিন (যে নম্বর থেকে পাঠালেন, আর যে পদ্ধতিতে TrxID থাকে সেটা)। আমাদের ওয়ালেটে আসা নোটিফিকেশনের সাথে মিলিয়ে — নিজে-নিজে বা হাতে — আপনার WhatsApp নম্বরে লাইসেন্স চালু করি। না মিললে WhatsApp-এ যোগাযোগ করি। যে রিকোয়েস্টের সাথে কোনো পেমেন্ট মেলে না, সেটা কেনা বলে গণ্য হয় না।
4. Refund policy — 3 days, 100%
- If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 3 days counted from the day you paid and we refund 100% of the amount. No reason is required.
- After those 3 days no refund is given, for any plan, including unused time on a monthly or yearly licence.
- The refund goes back to the same wallet or bank account the payment came from, and we normally settle it within 1–3 days of your request.
- When the refund is issued the licence is deactivated; the extension returns to its unlicensed state and your data stays on your computer.
- How to ask: message WhatsApp support (below) from the WhatsApp number the licence is on, with the wallet number or transaction id you paid with.
- The free trial is free — there is nothing to refund for it.
রিফান্ড নীতি: ভালো না লাগলে পেমেন্টের দিন থেকে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে জানালে ১০০% টাকা ফেরত — কারণ বলতে হবে না। ৩ দিন পার হলে কোনো প্ল্যানেই রিফান্ড হয় না (মাসিক/বার্ষিকের বাকি সময়ের জন্যও না)। টাকা যে ওয়ালেট/অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে এসেছিল সেখানেই যায়, সাধারণত অনুরোধের ১–৩ দিনের মধ্যে। রিফান্ড দেওয়ার সাথে লাইসেন্স বন্ধ হয়ে যায়; আপনার তথ্য আপনার কম্পিউটারেই থাকে। কীভাবে: যে WhatsApp নম্বরে লাইসেন্স, সেই নম্বর থেকে সাপোর্টে মেসেজ দিন — যে নম্বর থেকে টাকা পাঠিয়েছিলেন বা TrxID সহ। ফ্রি ট্রায়ালে টাকা লাগে না, তাই তার রিফান্ডের প্রশ্ন নেই।
5. Acceptable use
- Use the extension to answer people who wrote to your shop, and to send updates only to customers who agreed to hear from you. Do not use it with purchased, scraped or unknown numbers, and do not send unlawful, deceptive or harassing content.
- You are responsible for your WhatsApp account and for complying with WhatsApp's terms, consumer-protection and data-protection law that applies to you, and for the accuracy of the prices, policies and product information the extension answers with.
- Do not attempt to circumvent the licence, resell or share a licence, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend a licence that is used for spam or abuse; a licence suspended for abuse is not refunded outside the 3-day window.
যারা আপনাকে লিখেছে তাদের উত্তর দিতে, আর যারা রাজি শুধু তাদের আপডেট পাঠাতে ব্যবহার করুন; কেনা, স্ক্র্যাপ করা বা অচেনা নম্বরে না; বেআইনি, প্রতারণামূলক বা হয়রানিমূলক কিছু না। আপনার WhatsApp অ্যাকাউন্ট, WhatsApp-এর শর্ত ও আইন মানা, আর বট যে দাম/নীতি/পণ্যের তথ্য দিয়ে উত্তর দেয় তার সঠিকতা — সব আপনার দায়িত্ব। লাইসেন্স ভাঙা, বিক্রি বা শেয়ার করা যাবে না। স্প্যাম/অপব্যবহারে লাইসেন্স স্থগিত হতে পারে; সেক্ষেত্রে ৩ দিনের বাইরে রিফান্ড নেই।
6. WhatsApp, AI and third-party services
Smart Reply Flow is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms. WhatsApp's terms do not officially permit automated or bulk messaging. The extension applies pacing limits and warns you in-product, but WhatsApp may still restrict or ban a number and we cannot prevent or reverse that. You use the extension at your own risk.
AI answers come from the provider you connected with your own key; they can be wrong, and you should review what the assistant says about your business. Changes WhatsApp makes to its website can stop features working until we release an update; we do our best to keep up but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Smart Reply Flow WhatsApp/Meta-র সাথে যুক্ত নয়। WhatsApp-এর শর্তে অটোমেশন অফিসিয়ালি অনুমোদিত নয়; অ্যাপে পেসিং লিমিট ও সতর্কবার্তা আছে, তবু WhatsApp নম্বর রেস্ট্রিক্ট বা ব্যান করতে পারে — সেটা আমরা ঠেকাতে বা ফেরাতে পারি না; ঝুঁকি আপনার। AI উত্তর আপনার যুক্ত করা প্রোভাইডার থেকে আসে, ভুল হতে পারে — বট আপনার ব্যবসা নিয়ে কী বলছে দেখে নিন। WhatsApp তার সাইট বদলালে আপডেট না আসা পর্যন্ত কিছু ফিচার বন্ধ থাকতে পারে; আমরা দ্রুত ঠিক করার চেষ্টা করি, কিন্তু নিরবচ্ছিন্ন চলার নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারি না।
7. Warranty and liability
The extension is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, restricted WhatsApp accounts, wrong answers given to customers, or any indirect loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the licence in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
এক্সটেনশন "যেমন আছে" ভিত্তিতে দেওয়া। আইন যতটা অনুমতি দেয়, বিক্রি হারানো, WhatsApp অ্যাকাউন্টে রেস্ট্রিকশন, কাস্টমারকে ভুল উত্তর বা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির দায় আমাদের নয়; কোনো দাবিতে আমাদের মোট দায় দাবির আগের ১২ মাসে লাইসেন্সের জন্য আপনার দেওয়া টাকার বেশি নয়। ভোক্তা আইনে আপনার যে অধিকার বাদ দেওয়া যায় না, তা অটুট থাকে।
8. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes and material changes are announced in the extension and on our support channel. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Questions, refund requests and support:
